Hi, I’m Kristin.

I believe better decisions start with better conversations.

I'm grounded in curiosity, candor, and compassion.

I ask a lot of questions because the right question can change how we see a problem.

Throughout my career, I've found myself drawn to the moments when things aren't quite working: a team is struggling to find its rhythm, leaders aren't aligned, priorities are competing, a business is changing, or someone knows they need to make a decision but hasn't yet found the clarity to make it.

Those moments can be uncomfortable. They're also where meaningful progress can begin.

I've spent more than a decade leading inside organizations across product, technology, operations, and people leadership.

I've led teams through reorganization and significant change, turned around struggling teams, led complex cross-functional initiatives, worked directly with clients, and coached people at multiple levels of organizations.

The titles changed. The common thread didn't: I kept finding myself in the room when people needed to make sense of something complicated and figure out what to do next.

I bring the perspective of someone who has been both in the work and alongside the people doing it.

I understand the pressure of delivering results while navigating competing priorities, organizational change, different personalities, imperfect information, and the human realities that don't show up on a project plan.

I don't believe leaders need someone to swoop in with all the answers.

Sometimes they need a thought partner who can see what they can't.

Sometimes they need someone to facilitate the conversation everyone has been avoiding.

Sometimes they need help turning a decision into action.

And sometimes they simply need someone in the room who can help them think.

That's my sweet spot.

I'm intentionally building an independent advisory practice focused on strategic advising, leadership and team facilitation, fractional strategic or Chief of Staff support, and partnering with coaches to help their clients turn insight into action.

Based in Northeast Ohio, I work with leaders and organizations remotely, throughout the region, and for select engagements nationwide.
